EFG International has nominated Dr Susanne Brandenberger as a new member of its board of directors, which will be confirmed after the standard regulatory approval. The election will be held at the firm\'s extraordinary general meeting on 7 October 2015.

Dr Brandenberger joins from private bank and asset managers Vontobel Group, where she has been managing director, head of risk control and a member of the finance & risk management team from 2004 to 2015.She also holds a PhD from the Swiss Institute for Banking and Finance of the University of St Gallen, Switzerland.
