Wealth manager EQ Investors has appointed three longstanding employees as joint chief executives.

Nath Papadacis, Sophie Kennedy, and Mark Howlett take over from John Spiers, who is becoming non-executive chair.

Mr Papadacis is focused on operations and IT; Ms Kennedy runs the investment management business and Mr Howlett heads the financial planning division.

The three CEOs have been a close working team at EQ for over three years, reflecting the company’s culture of teamwork and collaborative leadership.
