Private client PE platform Growthdeck has hired Kieron Launder, the former chief investment officer of Schroders & Co - the private banking arm of the global investment manager.

Mr Launder joins the firm’s advisory board.

With over 25 years’ industry experience, Mr Launder has worked at a range of firms including Lazard and Citibank. He later led strategic investment advisory service at Rothschild private bank.
