Ex-Brown Shipley CEO exits after 33 years

The former chief executive of Brown Shipley, Ian Sackfield, has left the business after more than 30 years.

A spokesperson for Brown Shipley confirmed that Mr Sackfield was on gardening leave. He could not be reached for comment by deadline.

Mr Sackfield led the private bank between 2009 and 2018, when he was succeeded by Alan Mathewson, who is still in situ.
