Multi-family office Alvarium has launched a securities division which will focus on investment trusts including REITs.

Alvarium Securities (ASL), based out of London, will be led by ex-Peel Hunt broker Mark Thompson, and Eddie Nissen, who joins from JP Morgan.

ASL will provide customised advisory, distribution and research services for institutional and family office clients.
