FCA grants extension on company results

The UK’s financial watchdog has published temporary relief measures for listed companies dealing with the ongoing global pandemic, including a two month grace period for the publication of financial statements.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) stresses that during this period of crisis, it is “as important as ever” that the market is kept up to date with information.
