The UK financial regulator (the FCA) has restricted the movement of assets and cash from Odey Asset Management in an attempt to restore stability to the asset manager following the exit of founder Crispin Odey after the emergence of sexual assault allegations.
The FCA has banned the firm from giving “unusual or significant” payments to its bosses.
