The FCA has fined Luxembourg-based private bank Banque Havilland £10 million and three of its former employees a collective total of almost £400,000.
The firm’s former London branch chief executive Edmund Rowland has been fined £352,000, whilst David Weller, a former London branch senior manager, and Vladimir Bolelyy, a former London branch employee, were fined £54,000 and £14,200 respectively.
