FCA pushed to give greater pay transparency

Trade and workers union Unite has called for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to give “greater transparency” on its recent pay decisions.

In an open letter addressed to the FCA chief executive Nikhil Rathi, Unite’s regional officer Steve O’Donnell argued that FCA staff don’t have “visibility” in regards to pay.

The letter said that if the FCA were prepared to give a clear outline of the pay, it would “significantly improve staff relations.”
