FCA working with Jersey regulator on Woodford's business plans

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a stern statement in response to news that Neil Woodford may be staging a comeback via a new Jersey-based investment house.

Director of enforcement and market oversight, Mark Steward, said in a press statement last night that the FCA was in contact with the Jersey regulator and had agreed to share any information “on any application made in our respective jurisdictions”.
