FCA cracks down on high-risk investment product adverts

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has finalised rules to help tackle misleading adverts that encourage investing in high-risk products. 

Under these rules, firms approving and issuing marketing must have appropriate experience and knowledge, and firms marketing some high-risk investments will need to conduct better checks to ensure consumers and well matched to their investments.
