FCA publishes post-Brexit rules for international firms

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published its guidance for international firms wishing to do business in the UK post-Brexit.

The FCA has said foreign firms must meet a series of criteria, including having a physical office in the UK to allow adequate supervision.

Some European firms which previously passported into the UK have entered the temporary permissions regime (TPR).
