Wealth Matters, a Luton-based wealth management and financial advice firm, has bought the investment and pensions business of Poptani Financial Solutions.

Financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was already in progress when the Covid-19 pandemic took hold.

Jim Poptani, owner of Poptani Financial Solutions, will continue to offer protection advice amongst other services, while handing the majority over to Wealth Matters as he plans a retirement centred around his hobby as an amateur magician.
