Financial planner appoints chief behavioural officer

Glasgow-based financial planning firm Murphy Wealth has appointed Neil Bage to the new role of chief behavioural officer, as well as promoting John Moran to executive chair.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr Bage was co-founder and director of behavioural insight at Be-IQ. Before this, he was a management consultant at Red Circle. He is also a keynote speaker and podcaster.

Following a recent rebrand, Murphy has adopted what it calls a "human-first" strategy and a new client focus on business leaders and entrepreneurs.
