Financial adviser Tenet has completed its first practice buyout in Scotland.

The firm has acquired Forth Financial Services Limited, based in Haddington, near Edinburgh.

Tenet will keep the Forth Financial branding in a deal that adds approximately £58 million of assets under management.

Chief executive Mark Scanlon explained Tenet’s relationship with Forth Financial began with it being a network member and later became directly authorised.
