Fintech Delio has appointed Paul Burleton as chief operating officer. 

Mr Burleton joins from BNY Mellon where he was head of regulatory strategy, global operations and technology for nearly two years. 

In that role, he focused on delivering regulatory compliance for the firm through process improvement and technology.
