Solomon Capital Holdings, founded by former Quilter chief executive Andy Thompson and chief financial officer Darren Sharkey, has acquired financial planning firm Beaufort Group.
This acquisition will see the firm take full ownership of Beaufort and its discretionary fund management firm You Asset Management.
