Berenberg has appointed Paul Whelan as a private banker in its UK wealth and asset management team.
Mr Whelan joins the firm from Credit Suisse where he was a vice president for over five years.
Before this, he was a vice president at Barclays Wealth Management, having formerly worked at Capco and Deutsche Bank.
