GAM Investments has appointed Steve Rafferty as chief operating officer (COO).
In this role he will report to Peter Sanderson, group chief executive, and is responsible for overseeing GAM’s day-to-day global business and ensuring the business has the "connectivity, coordination and operating processes" required to meet its goals, the firm said in a statement.
