IFA firm Ascot Lloyd has appointed former Tilney chairman Michael Covell as its independent chairman. Mr Covell will replace Grenville Turner when he steps down in December. Mr Covell was Tilney chairman from 2010 to 2016 and Hawksford International from 2008 to 2011.
