Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Richard Caldicott as its new financial advice director.

In this role, he will head up the firm’s financial advice proposition.

Mr Caldicott joins the firm from M&G Wealth after 11 years, where most recently he was deputy chief executive and the customer and distribution officer. Before that, he was chief of staff and a director of wealth solutions transformation.
