Sarah Soar has begun her new role as chief executive of Hawksmoor Investment Management.
She takes over from John Crowley, the firm’s founder, principal shareholder and chief executive since its launch in 2008. He will continue as a director.
Ms Soar’s appointment was first announced in May this year.
