Heartwood Wealth Management has given notice that it intends to change its name to Handelsbanken Wealth & Asset Management according to a filing deposited at Companies House on 26 October.
Heartwood, which was acquired by Svenska Handelsbanken in 2013, currently functions as the UK wealth management arm of the Stockholm-based bank which has expanded its UK footprint significantly in recent years.
