HFMC Wealth acquires Hertfordshire-based wealth management firm

Wealth planning and investment management firm HFMC Wealth has acquired wealth management firm Generic Financial Management for £3 million, which adds 270 clients and £150 million of assets under advice and management to the firm.

The deal has also seen a number of new recruits added to the team as well as £950,000 of annual recurring revenue.

David Verne and Marc Ruse, both directors of Hertfordshire-based Generic Financial Management,  have become private client directors at HFMC Wealth.
