Ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWIs) and family offices are set to invest in London office assets worth £2.4 billion in 2023, according to property consultancy Knight Frank’s annual ‘London Report’.

This is 60 percent more than they did last year.

Private investors have historically accounted for 20 percent of London office transactions and Knight Frank predicts this number to rise in 2023 to 25 percent.
