Speaking at an event hosted by Dolfin last week (29 October) the ‘godfather of technical analysis’ explained he has been more reactionary in the last year than he has in all his 52 years in the industry.
“Honestly, I can’t remember a time more turbulent out there. I call it a confluence of confusion,” he said.
