Advice firm consolidator Independent Wealth Planners (IWP) has today announced its third deal this month, buying Truro-based Westinsure Webb Financial Services.
The firm becomes part of IWP’s “hub” in the South West, under one of IWP’s founding firms, Kelsall Steele Investment Services.
Westinsure is more than 60 years old and its chief executive, Henry Clayton, will remain with the firm as it integrates into the IWP model. The deal adds another £70 million to IWP’s assets under advice figure.
