Independent Wealth Planners (IWP), a consolidator of IFAs, has bought Hampshire-based Encompass Financial Management.
Encompass, located near Southampton, follows from the recent acquisition of Omnium Wealth Management which also joined IWP’s Hampshire regional firm, Murdoch Asset Management.
The latest deal brings an additional £167 million under management, with 458 end clients.
