Jason Spivey is chief human resources officer at Kleinwort Hambros. 

Prior to his current role, he was the head of HR for Europe Financial Advisory at Lazard and also has extensive global firm experience as an HR leader at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Deutsche Bank.
