Wealth manager MKC Wealth has appointed Dan Cowland as chief financial officer.

This is a new position at the firm and he will also join the board, subject to regulatory approval.

A fellow of the ICAEW, Mr Cowland has around 30 years’ industry experience.

He has joined from Curtis Banks, where he was a main board director and CFO for four years until its acquisition by Nucleus last year.
