Integration remains focus as FUMA stable at Rathbones

Rathbones Group has reported statutory pre-tax profits of £39.1 million in the first quarter of 2024.

This figure reflected non-underlying costs of £20.2 million, comprising £10.7 million in relation to the amortisation of intangible assets and £9.5 million in relation to integration and acquisition costs, the firm said.
