International wealth manager buys London multi-family office

Tiedemann Constantia – the international operations US-based Tiedemann – has acquired London-based multi-family office Holbein Partners.

The acquisition, subject to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval, will combine Holbein’s knowledge with the international investment resources of Tiedemann Advisors in the US and Tiedemann Constantia internationally, according to a press statement from the latter.

Together, the Tiedemann firms will oversee approximately $30 billion of client assets with offices in Zurich, Geneva, and London.
