Uncertainty around Brexit is having a dampening effect on the economy, but markets remain optimistic and full of opportunities, says Coutts’ head of investment strategy, Sven Balzer.

Mr Balzer argued that although fresh economic data suggests the threat of leaving the European Union (EU) without a deal is stifling the UK economy, investors are "not really bothered" by Brexit.
