IQ-EQ – an investor services frim – has made another acquisition, this time buying a French accountancy firm as it looks to capitalise on the nation’s active private equity scene.

The firm’s second deal for 2020, after the June buy-out of Blue River Partners, sees it acquire Conseil Expertise & Synthese (CE&S), a Paris accountancy firm which offers accounting, tax, payroll and corporate secretarial services to a range of entrepreneurs, high net worth clients, and fund managers.
