Wealth manager James Hambro & Partners (JH&P) has hired Austen Speakman from Brooks Macdonald to lead its new Bristol office.
At Brooks Macdonald, Mr Speakman was a senior investment director and head of the Cheltenham office.
He spent around 14 and a half years at the firm, having joined as a trainee investment manager in 2009.
