International finance centre Jersey Finance has appointed Chris Jenkins as its global head of market development, following the recent departure of Allan Wood.

Mr Wood is now chief commercial officer and founding partner of digital marketplace Hizzy which allows people to buy, sell and rent their properties without an estate agent.
