Jersey financial regulator set to examine PEPs

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) is set to examine politically exposed persons (PEPs). 

Examinations will commence in January 2024.

The key areas of focus for the thematic examination will include:

  • Business risk, which asks if PEP risk been comprehensively evaluated as part of the supervised person’s business risk assessment (BRA).&...
