Jersey regulator makes two senior appointments

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has appointed Monique O’Keefe and Diane Maxwell as deputy chair and director of policy respectively.

Ms O’Keefe, who joined the board of commissioners in 2018, is becoming deputy chair, following commissioner Ian Wright’s retirement in April this year.

Based in Jersey, she has significant experience in finance and law. She is a director and co-founder of Kairos Wealth.

Ms Maxwell is the former retirement commissioner for New Zealand. She returned to the UK in 2019 after serving two three-year terms.
