Jersey-based wealth manager Affinity Private Wealth has completed its acquisition of Pinnacle Trustees, a corporate, fiduciary and trust services provider.

The deal was revealed by thewealthnet’s sister site eprivateclient in May.

The combined business has over 50 professionals, and will serve more than 350 clients. Affinity said that the rationale for this acquisition is to increase market share, diversify its geographical reach, build capabilities and enhance efficiency.

The transaction was financed through new and existing shareholders and borrowings from Investec Bank.
