Global fintech firm FNZ has acquired JHC Systems Ltd, the UK wealth management platform software provider.

The acquisition should make the combined group one of the top broking platforms in the UK, bringing together FNZ’s and JHC’s respective customers in this market.

London-headquartered JHC provides core technology platforms to a range of UK and Ireland wealth managers and platforms, including AJ Bell, Alliance Trust Savings, Brooks Macdonald, Charles Stanley, Davy, FIS Platform Securities, Interactive Investor, LGT Vestra and Quilter.
