J. Safra Sarasin Group has completed the acquisition of Lombard Odier’s private banking business in Gibraltar.

With this acquisition, Lombard Odier’s client base and relationship managers will be transferred to the group.

J. Safra Sarasin Group, which has operated  in Gibraltar since 2001, first signed an agreement to acquire Lombard Odier's private banking business in April.
