Julius Baer has appointed Régis Burger as head Middle East and Alain Ucari as head of Africa & Turkey, with immediate effect.

Both remain members of the management committee of the region emerging markets and will continue to report to Rémy A. Bersier, head of emerging markets.

The Swiss private bank is creating two dedicated sub-regions for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, in a bid to serve clients better and develop the respective relationships in these diverse markets.
