Julius Baer in Germany has hired a team of five private bankers from Deutsche Bank, as it looks to increase its presence in southern Germany.
The Stuttgart team will be led by Lars-Peter Schäfer, branch manager, who has almost three decades of experience in private banking, most recently as a team leader at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, also in Stuttgart.
He is joined by his existing team of private bankers – Markus Grabensee, Bernd Knapp and Martin Lichtner – as well as assistant Sebastian Zöller.
