Julius Baer CEO becomes chairman of Swiss WM association

The Association of Swiss Asset and Wealth Management Banks (VAV) has elected Philipp Rickenbacher, chief executive of Julius Baer, as its new chairman.

He replaces Marcel Rohner, the designated chairman of the Swiss Bankers Association.

Zeno Staub, the chief executive of Vontobel, was chosen to be vice-chairman.
