C Hoare & Co, the UK’s oldest privately-owned bank, appointed Giles Andrews as an independent non executive director (NED).
His appointment was confirmed via LinkedIn and a filing on Companies House.
Mr Andrews is a co-founder and board member of Zopa, a peer to peer lending business. Having founded the business in 2005, it has now made over £6 billion in loans to consumers.
