Wealth management group Kingswood Holdings has appointed Duncan Gerard as a non-executive director.

Effective immediately, Mr Gerard will replace Howard Garland, who has stepped down with immediate effect, as a nominated representative of HSQ Investment Limited, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of funds managed by Pollen Street Capital, an independent alternative asset investment management company which has provided £77.4 million of funding to Kingswood through the issue...
