Kingswood has appointed Leigh Philpot as head of client proposition. Mr Philpot was previously head of regions at Kleinwort Hambros.
He spent 13 years at Kleinwort Hambros where he also previously founded and led its discretionary fund management (DFM) business strategy and held the role of group head of its Privilege banking product. Before Kleinwort Hambros he was an investment manager at Rathbones and was a graduate of the stockbroker development programme at Killik & Co.
