Kleinwort Hambros has hired a veteran of RBS-owned Adam & Co to lead its private banking efforts in Edinburgh.

Richard Lockhart has worked for Adam & Co since 1989, when he joined as a private banker. He was made a director in 2004 and an executive director in 2010. Adam & Co is the sister private bank to Coutts. Both are owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
