Dye & Durham’s agreed acquisition of Link Group has been dismissed following a court hearing.

The hearing established that the conditions necessary to allow the deal had not been met, resulting in the termination of the deal.

The conditions were: the Woodford Matters condition; the UK Financial Conduct Authority condition; and the Luxembourg Commission de surveillance du Secteur Financier condition.
