Lombard Odier boosts operating income despite challenging market

Lombard Odier saw its funds under management fall in the second half of the year, as “robust” new money flows were offset by sharp falls across most asset classes.

Total client assets at end-December, 2018 were at CHF 259 billion, down 5.5 percent from CHF 274 billion at 30 June, 2018.

Lombard Odier, one of the largest Swiss and European private banks, is yet to provide its full profit and loss accounts and balance sheet for 2018, making it difficult to get a full picture of the firm's performance.
